* **Shipping (USA, Canada, UK, Spain):** Free on orders.

* **Estimated Delivery Time:** Due to high demand and overseas transit, orders typically take **8 to 15 business days** to arrive after processing.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mix Mundo Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For European Union destinations, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout through our integrated IOSS compliance system.

5. Missing or Delayed Packages

If you have not received your order within **25 business days** of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mixmundo.shop with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.
